I dont know if anyone else has mensioned this in this thread but im a little short on time so dont want to search though all the pages. But i have noticed not sure if it is the game or my pc but it never used to do it on patch y I have only noticed this on blackwood with fbm as ive only race fxr and fbm since patch z came out but anyway when i look at the fbm from eitehr front or behind at high speed the tyres seem to go funny they seem to start to flicker and i can see the wheels.

Just thought ide let someone know and see if anyone else has had a similar problem.

I have xp on it sp2 PSU is only 300watt ram sounds a good idea i have 2 512's in at the moment. Ive jusr got a can of air and blasted out all the dust took then heatsink off the motherboard there was loads of dust in that. CPU is intel pentium 4. 3.2ghz

Hi guys and girls

Ive desided to have a revamp of my pc so im getting a new case which is larger and has a 2 more fans to help cooling im going to get one of thoses fan speed controllers so i can ajust the speed of the fans. But i want to know what else i could buy to make LFS run beter on my pc i have:

1gb of ram
Nvidia Geforce 6200 turbo cache graphics card 256
160gb hard drive

So im just wondering what else i could get to make the game run smoother as at the moment ive had to turn my graphics down to allow the game to run well.

Hello all i hope this hasnt been asked before i searched and couldnt find much so im wondering has anyone writen a guide along the lines of if your car does this you can try this this and this to counter the problem i have a good bas seup for most of my cars but some i just want to tweak to make better but im unsure what to try

It is not a stupid request racing is all about the enjoyment i love to have banter with my team mates mainly wingnut haha i think it would be good fun and would make racing 100 times more comical.

Hi all

just to increase some fo the fun banter related with racing i think it would be cool as an option inthe setup of the car only cars that have a rear window naturally would be to have a rear message display so we can send the cars behind up messages such as "Pass on the right" and "please go easy on me in a virgin"

Well i had the original version im not sur ewhich one im affraid so i then up dated to the newsest version this is when the screen woudl freeze and the game would carry on. So i rolled it back and it still freezes and restarts on south city but i can play onthe rest of the tracks np. So ill leave it at that until i have the spare cash to improve graphics card etc.

Ive rolled back my driver on my graphics card and now i have been playing on it for abot an hour and its brilliant no problems at all been on he akm server and onthe racing x server its awsome. I love the fxr

I did lower the setting syes and i went into my graphics card setup and it was set for quality so i changed to to ajust for performance. ok this is going to sound mad but i was trying it on single player and it does it on south city im not to fussed about that at least s2 worked it didnt do it on any otehr track the rest of them where fine blackwood fern bay aston all of them fine bar south city so i went on a server and it was set to qually with about 4 or 5 other people and it was fine now ive just gone into a race and was going into the second corner and the screen frooze i dont know what mayhem i must of coursed. as there where cars all around me. Ill give it another go.

When im playing the game im driving along and the screen will freeze but i can still control my cvar and hear it so if i go shift +p it will pit and i can drive it i just cant see it a sit is frozen on one frame.

So far ive turned my graphics down
deleted 11gb of uneeded stuff
ive put my little desk top fan to blow cool air past the back of my pc to help cool it and it still does it im currently uploading a video of the problem to the tube so ill post a link ive also just updated the nvidia driver to see if that helps i havent tried it yet ill get back to you.

I have lots of stuff i have about 62gb of stuff on my pc so im going to try and delete some stuff and maybe move some stuff to dvd's i have 27gb in my documents alone which is crazy lots.

It has done it on demo maybe 3 times since ive been playing on lfs for about 8 or 9 months now but now i have s2 it does it every lap.

My team leader marek bought me a s2 licenes tonight he is a true star Go team racingx!!

Anyway i started playing on it and was playing away and my pc keeps sort of freezing then turning off it will freeze the picture for abouta second go "dddddddddddddd" then turn of and restart i cant figure out why though

It did do it on demo a few times but it never ever used to do it. I can barely get around the track without it doing it.
